Created a master training system for the NCFE CACHE Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma which turns complicated pediatric health guidelines, UK Ofsted rules, and UAE Federal Laws into clear, step-by-step classroom lessons. Ultimately, this 300+ slide program stops student overwhelm, standardizes tough compliance training, and helps Early Years Educators easily follow critical safety rules in their daily work.

Process

This project aimed to solve the problem of severe cognitive overload in vocational training by transforming dense, complex multi-region childcare laws into a structured, highly visual learning experience that adult learners can easily retain and translate into daily classroom execution.
